Dr. Chalk was very polite and patient with me. I needed a piece of a tooth (root) removed from my gum. Dr. Chalk was very nice and efficient. The surgery was quick and no difficulties at all. He was very mindful and considerate of my situation. I would recommend him to anyone needed oral surgery.

My 5 year old needed his 2 back molars removed. Dr. Chalk was very nice and efficient. The surgery was quick and no difficulties at all. The staff was very friendly at helping with the recovery. Great place to go.
