Very difficult to follow up on orders. Does not call back when asked. I always have to follow up with them. Not to mention the many times where they allow themselves to not have my order delivered (which is essential for my daily life and my health) to suppose there is a payment problem with the RAMQ. I am in the process of looking elsewhere for my future orders. My patience has been more than exhausted and I do not feel respected.
