Bon service ✨
I accompanied my partner this morning for a first visit. A very ordinary welcome from the employee present. Minimal responses and rushed service. We really felt like we were intruding. This may not represent the usual service offered based on previous reviews, but it was disappointing enough (ordinary) to take the time to write my own.
Very difficult to track orders. They don't call back when asked. I always have to follow up with them. Not to mention the many times they allow themselves to not deliver my order (which is essential for my daily life and my health) to assume a payment problem with the RAMQ. I am in the process of looking elsewhere for my future orders. My patience has been more than exhausted and I do not feel respected.
Always exemplary service, there is everything we could need. Impeccable
I really liked their service, very polite and very understandable. I recommend it to everyone.
