The nurse is amazing; she helped me a lot with my stoma and found the best product for me. With each order, I call and pick it up, confident that I've found the right product.
I accompanied my partner this morning for their first visit. The reception by the employee was very ordinary. Minimal answers and rushed service. We really felt like we were bothering them. This may not represent the usual level of service, judging by previous reviews, but it was disappointing enough (ordinary) that I felt compelled to write my own.
It's extremely difficult to get order updates. They don't return calls when requested. I always have to chase them. Not to mention the numerous times they've refused to deliver my order (which is essential for my daily life and health) by claiming there was a payment issue with RAMQ. I'm considering placing future orders elsewhere. My patience has been completely exhausted, and I feel disrespected.
Always exemplary service, they have everything you could possibly need. Impeccable.
