Highly recommend! I have been a client for almost two years and I’m very pleased with the service. I appreciate the friendly reminders for a cleaning, the dentists and hygienists are all super nice. Their new clinic is beautiful!
Everyone is pleasant to deal with and it was hard to make my decision not to come back. I never had any teeth fixed that didn’t hurt me in the past until I trusted to do so and the pictures also looked like my teeth needed to be fixed. I got my teeth fixed and I repeatedly pointed out the pain I had afterwards that I never ever had prior or in the past after getting any cavity fixed. I gave a 1 star rating for the fact i was billed out of the blue despite not having an appointment or owing them anything. I was in Toronto and suddenly received an email alert saying payment to them had been processed from my insurance company. Had to get on the phone and reverse the charges. Not sure if this is a common practice here but i find it hard to imagine you could do this by mistake? I also found the cleaning to be sub par and overly expensive.
