For our first visit to the Lapointe Centres in Neufchâtel and Cap-Rouge, and soon in Lévis, my wife and I were greeted with great professionalism and respectful courtesy. Their explanations were simple and easy to understand. Thank you to all the staff.
I used to go there when it was Duguay and Gaudreault. And since it became Lapointe Dental Centre, the wait for an appointment for a simple cleaning is over a year. As a result, they had to cancel my evening appointment booked a year and a half ago and have nothing else to offer me except daytime appointments. I recommend going somewhere else.
Everyone was 100% great! My file was transferred from Montreal without any problems. I broke a tooth and they found me a place quickly. The treatment was done quickly and very professionally. 10 out of 10 across the board! Thank you to the entire team.
