I always look forward to my next dental care appointment at Clinique Lapointe Dix30 simply because I always leave with a smile! I am very satisfied with both my hygienist and dentist. They are very competent and they provide an excellent dental care service. In addition, the receptionists (front desk) are very nice and polite. If you are looking for a dental clinic, I highly recommend Clinique Lapointe Dix30!
We’ve been attending Lapointe for over two years, and I must advise against it due to the unprofessional behaviour of their coordinator, Gregory. Unfortunately, he has consistently demonstrated dishonesty and aggression, particularly regarding pricing practices. While Dr. Youseff has been a redeeming aspect of the practice, the same cannot be said for some of his staff. I recently went in for a dental cleaning and, unfortunately, left quite disappointed. My appointment was scheduled for 4:00 PM, but the hygienist didn’t greet me until around 4:10 PM and finished the cleaning by 4:30 PM. A 20-minute cleaning seemed unusually short, especially since I regularly deal with coffee stains and cleanings usually take longer. Excellent service overall! Every organization has room for improvement, and this dental practice is no exception—but it truly is the best in town. My reason for giving only 2 stars is that, despite being a long-term client, I was denied an examination after missing just one appointment. That was very disappointing. Businesses should remember to treat people with understanding and empathy, not like robots.
Personnel are very professional but only complaint is that it is VERY expensive
