I've been going to the same dentist for 20+ years and was scared to change dental clinic. Upon arriving at carrefour dentaire richelieu they greeted me with a huge smile, reassured me and helped me get familiar with the process. The dental hygenist was super friendly and put me at ease. I was then seen by Dre. Fatiha Ousalem who was thorough, kind, smiley and clearly knows her profession well! What a great experience, glad I found them!!
Service was excellent and the staff was very friendly and professional. Keep up the excellent work! 😊
Dre Fatiha Ousalem is by far the best dentist I have ever encountered!!! Typically people dread going to the dentist! But because of her I actually have began looking forward to it! Not only is she great at her craft! But the experierence from when you walk in to when you walk out is warming and welcoming, thankful for her and her entire staff!
