I had major work done at Lapointe and was very happy with the follow-up with dentist Olivier and denturologist Dr. Lamarre
They're real thieves! Because I couldn't be there on time (I work nights and missed my appointment by 20 minutes), they told me to go see another dentist because they didn't consider my work professional. I paid $380 in total for the x-rays and exam, and they told me to go somewhere else. They won't give me another appointment... It's literally theft... If they do this to anyone else, I encourage you to file a complaint with consumer protection, which is what I'm going to do!
Following our last appointment, the service was excellent. We greatly appreciated all the staff. They were quick, efficient, and very kind.
