Amazing service. Staff are so friendly and really know their job. I am a nervous patient. But was immediately put at ease. Would definitely recommend
Totally unprofessional and disrespectful team. Waited for my appointment for half a year, just for the office cancel on me a month prior…! They did not even made an effort to keep the promise, just bailed! Ignorant stuff that does nothing for the patients, refuse to work and failed to manage internal affairs… if u get appointment here - that means NOTHING! Be cautious. I loved the solution they gave me for my child's teeth. Other orthodontic clinics had told me that Invisalign was not a practical solution and she needed to remove four teeth...Lapointe instead told me exactly the contrary...moral of the story: we saved 4 teeth of my child and we spent much less for the all process.
Excellent service !
Waited for appointment since January got a call 2 weeks prior appointment saying they don’t have a technician. Couldn’t be more disappointed.
