Totally unprofessional and disrespectful team. Waited for my appointment for half a year, just for the office cancel on me a month prior…! They did not even made an effort to keep the promise, just bailed! I loved the solution they gave me for my child's teeth. Other orthodontic clinics had told me that Invisalign was not a practical solution and she needed to remove four teeth...Lapointe instead told me exactly the contrary...moral of the story: we saved 4 teeth of my child and we spent much less for the all process.
