Excellent service. The hygienist was perfect, quick, and professional. The dentist clearly explained what she saw for the next follow-up appointment.
The staff were very kind and attentive to our needs. Dr. Naud is simply perfect. They made sure I wasn't in pain because I don't tolerate pain well, and they were especially interested in my case since I have cancer, so they took the time to explain everything thoroughly and assess the risks.
I called in the morning and got my appointment in the afternoon. It was just some discomfort, not serious pain. They found the problem. It didn't take long.
Excellent service from everyone: personalized welcome, friendly hygienist. The dentist took the time to explain everything. We didn't feel like just a number. Well done to the team!
Really bad experience! Lack of professionalism, management and training.. We are sold the wrong post-bleaching maintenance products but refuse to take responsibility for the error because the products were sold by the receptionist who has no training.. A lot of wasted money!
