Bassel is the greatest RBT to ever grace Centria. His drive and work ethic are unmatched, as well as his intricate ways in approaching therapy for his clients. I truly believe that he holds all the tools needed to help Centria succeed.

I started my intake process in February for my daughter. I was assigned an ABA tech but then that didn't work out for whatever reason. Then, Centria could not find a tech to provide services at a time that would benefit my daughter. In May, our third tech was identified. I do not recommend applying for employment here! The CEO reached out to me via email about returning to work for Centria. I mentioned to him that I was interested and had more questions. He said he would put me on a couple different cases in Plano and Allen. I stated that I was interested in moving forward. The recruiter then states Unfortunately, after reassessing the needs ... read more

I was told yes and request a start date that I was told was very much possible. They made me feel secured and confident in my move (that I had to do by myself in an area where I knew no one). Well guess what am here, jobless and on the edge of being homeless. I was lied to and pushed off multiple times. I finally filled a complete ... read more

Our experience with Centria began in April of 2017 with an evaluation for my son who had been diagnosed with autism. It started off great with a thorough assessment and therapy plan outline. I was very optimistic about starting services! Then we began a long wait. We were told that they were trying to find a technician for us. Once a tech was placed on our case, we had to wait even longer for the another patient's insurance approval (this tech would be for us and this other patient). So, more waiting. We had to wait weeks fo... read more
