WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. If I could rate 0 stars I truly would. They have stopped services for my son over a year ago due to them pairing him with an older tech who damn near got my CHILD HIT BY A TRUCK. Once being placed on hold I was told “we have no techs available” so we were placed on a waitlist. Been on that waitlist for over a year. Please look elsewhere for Your autistic child’s needs.
10/10 would definitely not recommend using their services if you have an autistic child. They string you along and then drop you. They pair children with bad matches and are constantly changing techs with no warning. If you love your children then I highly suggest seeking other autism centers before this one.
The hiring director Marquette did a poor job responding to my text messages. She said to confirm for an appointment and I did and then she's says she did not receive the text but i sent it minutes after she asked. I waited all morning for the phone call and never got in touch with a manager to report her. Waste of my time and unprofessional.
