It's hard to give such a low review after having such high expectations for this place. My boys were here for over a year, nearly two I think. My oldest has said he is immensely traumatized from his time at Centria. The constant staff changes, the lack of progress, the deception and lack of communication is just such a let down. They build you up with all this false hope and promises but then don't deliver. I don't even know how to begin to heal my family from the trauma of letting Centria into our lives.
Very unprofessional. Center is dirty . From the glass to the floors. They let the bigger kids hit the smaller ones . They change your techs out because nobody stays with the company . They threw my son outta center just because they felt like it and cause the lady don’t like the fact I said they center was dirty don’t send yall kids with them.
I am delighted with my son's remarkable progress. The staff's exceptional support has been consistent, and I appreciate their unwavering dedication. They have always treated my son with kindness and respect, making this a truly positive experience.
Great staff , my son loves coming to ABA everyday ! NADIA is an AMAZING tech. Also Nichole and Lizzie. My son is so blessed to have. Every sub or staff my son has had or came in contact with , have been truly amazing. Not one complaint! The front desk team ALWAYS is there to help. Have been dealing with this company for years but in the last year services have gone entirely downhill. lack of communication, lack of experienced technicians, it's all been terrible. for 2 months I've been fighting for answers for my sons care with little to no response from the staff who is supposedly "in charge" of operations. so now I will be looking into new options for care elsewhere as my child who needs services has been unable to recieve them for 2 months yet I've been made aware that they have been charging insura... read more
