Great staff , my son loves coming to ABA everyday ! NADIA is an AMAZING tech. Also Nichole and Lizzie. My son is so blessed to have. This company is more concerned with doing damage control to protect their image then they are to protect their clients, my child was treated poorly, their tech stole from my home and abused my child and they did nothing but continue to blame it on my and my mother because she is there at the home while I’m at work. She had 4 clinicians in 4 months and they would put therapy programs in without my knowledge, I should know if my child is learning sign language. Have been dealing with this company for years but in the last year services have gone entirely downhill. lack of communication, lack of experienced technicians, it's all been terrible. for 2 months I've been fighting for answers for my sons care with little to no response from the staff who is supposedly "in charge" of operations. so now I will be looking into new options for care elsewhere as my child who needs services has been unable to recieve them for 2 months yet I've been made aware that they have been charging insura... read more
