It's hard to give such a low review after having such high expectations for this place. My boys were here for over a year, nearly two I think. My oldest has said he is immensely traumatized from his time at Centria. The constant staff changes, the lack of progress, the deception and lack of communication is just such a let down. They build you up with all this false hope and promises but then don't deliver. I don't even know how to begin to heal my family from the trauma of letting Centria into our lives.

I am delighted with my son's remarkable progress. The staff's exceptional support has been consistent, and I appreciate their unwavering dedication. They have always treated my son with kindness and respect, making this a truly positive experience.

Have been dealing with this company for years but in the last year services have gone entirely downhill. lack of communication, lack of experienced technicians, it's all been terrible. for 2 months I've been fighting for answers for my sons care with little to no response from the staff who is supposedly "in charge" of operations. so now I will be looking into new options for care elsewhere as my child who needs services has been unable to recieve them for 2 months yet I've been made aware that they have been charging insura... read more

I also have worked with this company for years 7-8 years.. the last two years have been miserable.. in and out of schedule.. my daughter does need transportation I get is a little harder to find.. she has been out of program sense November 2023.. BCBA left company and not a single person has inquired about this case.. my daughter was thrown on the back burner.. honestly the way I see it is they don’t like private insurance seeing how just a few weeks after I got private insurance services came to abrupt stop.. PLEASE PLEASE DON'T ENROLL YOUR CHILD WITH THIS COMPANY. ROCHELLE WARDROP WAS MY GRANDCHILDS TEK ,SHE CAME IN MY HOME AS TO WORK WITH MY GRANDDAUGHTER.. THE CLINICIAN WAS MARCELLA . . WHERE DO I START? THE CLINICIAN WAS ARGUMENTATIVE SHE WAS GOING AGAINST PARENTS WISHES TEACHING SIGN LANGUAGE INSTEAD OF TEACHING MY GRANDAUGHTER TO USE HER WORDS.
