Had my son in ABA therapy with them for the last 3 months and I'll say it's a complete waste of time. Took over 3 months to go through the entire onboarding process while we were waiting for a tech to be assigned. Once I assigned, I felt that the sessions were a waste of time. I didn't feel like my son was being challenge enough and learning anything outside of what he already knew. Spent four hour sessions asking him questions every 10 minutes, which is something we could have done on our own. I didn't feel like anything wa... read more

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. We have used Centria since early this year. We opted for in-home ABA. The professionalism and accountability of this company is a joke. My child has been through three techs, with each lasting only two weeks. The first tech had no idea what she was doing, and did not teach our child. The second tech dropped my child as a client due to him being ill, and she needed the hours (we had cancelled ABA sessions for a week due to his sickness). The third tech suddenly moved to a different city ... read more

My son and I were new to ABA when he first started here. We didn’t know how much better it’s supposed to be until we switched to a different company. Unlike Peoria LSAA, our new place requires that the staff actually get certified as ABA technicians and they have real BCBA’s on-site. Now I realize that this place might as well have just have been a daycare since they don’t have any real professionals.

Providers are flakey and untrained. Was with them for over 2 yrs. Every provider they sent in when our provider was out didn't know the first thing about kids on the spectrum. Most of them subbing for us was the first day with the company and they didn't know how their system worked let alone how to do therapy. Most of them saying they had never been around a child let alone one on the spectrum. Very dangerous. Our provider WE as parents trained cause it was obvious they provider wouldn't make it under the "training " cen... read more

I would give zero stars for this company, if I could, I had been with this company more than one years, every times, they switched the ABA technicians for my child without letting me know, they found new clients for their technicians and left me with my child just like that, I already setup, so many goals for my child to do together with that technicians, but they took away the technicians from me, and my child! So, I learned from this company that I should not be depend on anyone for my child for his ASD, I am strong mom li... read more
