It’s hard to put into words just how grateful we are for everyone at Centria Autism. Our toddler started ABA with Centria in January and to be honest we were very nervous because he's still so little. The staff have been incredibly kind, supportive, and understanding of how big this transition was for our family. Drop-offs can still be a little tough, but the progress we’ve seen over the past few months is undeniable. He’s making real improvements and that reassurance means everything to us. I am updating my review to provide more detailed information about why I am giving Centria one star. Before beginning services, I spoke with the coordinator and clearly explained that I was looking for an RBT with some experience working with young children on the autism spectrum. In my opinion, there is a significant difference between a newly hired staff member providing in-home therapy and one working in a center-based setting.
