I own a Supreme S240 I bought new from Century Marine. This weekend when filling up with fuel the gas line to the tank came disconnected from the fuel inlet. (Turns out it was never tightened from the factory). I poured 80 gallons of fuel into the bilge. I called and century immediately reacted. Knowing this was a dangerous issue they helped get the bilge pump unplugged and then helped drain the fuel safely, fixed and cleaned the boat, and worked all the warrantee work within 2 hours. Huge shout out to Century Marine. A good friend referred me to them, because I had to get a steering cable replaced on my Tige. Very impressed with the customer service from Tim the service manger, Miguel the service advisor and Nick the mechanic. They are very professional and treat you with respect. I been to wolf water sports and Germaine marine and Century Marine beats them out of the water by a long shot. Century marine has serviced our last 3 surf boats. We’ve upgraded over the years from a 2015 Supreme 226 to a 2016 Ri237 and now enjoy 20-30 hours a week on our 2021 Ri245. The staff has always been extremely friendly. They actually do what ever they possibly can to keep our family and friends on the water with top notch boats! We have been boat owners for over 10 years, so have seen a dealer or two. Our experience with Century Marine has been nothing but excellent! Our initial impression was formed a year before we even bought a boat from them.
