I had an issue with my house that wasn't initially covered by insurance. The CERA Restoration team did not give up and continually followed up with the insurance agency to prove the damages were a legitimate claim and needed to be covered. The personal attention they provided me and my family was unlike any service provider I've encountered for home repairs. When they could have given up, they didn't! Its been a long road with this guys the employees are ok the management not so good they do stuff however they want without consulting the customer then the job does not get finished %100 but they demand money if not they won't give you warranty Please read the contract before you sign anything be careful they promise so much and at the end they will try and turn on you! I had a horrible experience with this company. I had a flood in my house for my broken appliance and had to have my kitchen and living room completely tore up down to the concrete flooring. The floor was left sticky from the adhesive and this is what I walked on for 3 1/2 months waiting for CERA to start work. My own personal experience with them was really really bad. If I had to do it over again, I would have chosen someone else.
