Dr. Cernero has performed procedures on more than one family member, none related to his weight loss practice. Most recently he's had to operate on my husband twice, in almost as many months. The first procedure was especially tricky because hubby was very sick & had to stay in hospital to even get cleared for surgery. I had the sleeve procedure done with Dr. Cernero in April, 2022. my experience has been wonderful from the very first meeting with Dr. Cernero. He was very patient and answered all my questions and concerns. On the day of my surgery, he even came to me in preop and noticed I was extremely anxious and offered to pray with me before the surgery. I went to Dr. Cernero for Gastric Sleeve surgery. I was very impressed with the small wait time in the waiting room. I didn’t have to wait in the patient room at all. Dr Cernero was very informative and answered all the questions that I had and then some more. Dr Cerneros staff was and is still very patient with all my questions and concerns.
