I was very happy with the results. Certified sent Dale, who lives in a nearby community. He worked quickly and I was so happy with the cost and great work that I started a list of upgrades I plan to have them do for me.

I was pleased with their service. They did a good job on the inspection. They called before came and showed up on time. I am going to contact them to do an outdoor electrical box for me.

Had trouble turning a stairway light, connected by a three way switch, on and off. Called Certified and the person who answered the phone asked pertinent questions about the problem. He informed me that it was probably just a faulty switch. He scheduled the appointment for the next work day. The electrician arrived within the given time window. Prompt reply to initial call and quick response to servicing-- within 24 hrs. Technician was on time and overcame challenges of light design to replace ballast! The fee charged was very reasonable!! I will not hesitate to use them again!!
