Nathan and Stratton were very knowledgeable, honest, understanding and prompt. When Nathan realized the need for a new toilet, he ordered exactly what we needed. He kept us updated along the way and returned to complete the job in a timely manner. They went above and beyond our needs and were a huge blessing in our current situation. Cannot recommend this company enough! We were without water for three days and had to relocate for Christmas which was very devastating for my children. Every plumber in the area gave us a week wait time which seemed nearly impossible to do with young children in our home. Certified Texas Plumbers were able to help us out when we were in a bind. Incredible and professional service and the nicest workers. Literally saved the day for us! 100% recommend.

Spoke to guy one evening, said he would get someone out the next day (I did not have an emergency). I had something come up so had to ask if he could postpone to the next day and said no problem. Arrived right on time and fixed problem and ensured everything working properly before left! Highly recommend…
