Company feels fake. Great social media presence, but short timeline. Great website, but no substance other than blog, which is actually helpful. No idea if they work with Cerulean Consulting from Indianapolis, was not able to ask. Likely the review about selling AT&T door to door is the best bet. The website is very similar to Indianapolis company Cerulean Consulting but fails to describe how or what they sell. Team Leadership leaves reviews on Google, in my opinion, a red flag. The staff that I’ve met were super nice and personable, but that is how they get you in the door. There’s not much about them online but I did as much research on the company as I could because my “spidey senses” were tingling. I had a feeling that something was off… and it was! The opportunity to interview was a waste of my time with major red flags but I will keep my list short for this review. First red flag being that, I was not informed that the "first round" interview would be with other people also interviewing. Secondly, upon arriving for my second interview (in-person) the office was very bare as if they needed to quickly get out they could easily do so. What an amazing company! Fun, fast paced, self motivational and tons of growth within this company. If you are looking for a fun atmosphere where you are your own boss and looking for the sky is the limit...... Come see us!
Since they insist on being vague about it until the second interview: this job isn’t management/pr consulting: It is for selling phone and tv plans to “leads”. They boast an unrealistic growth structure, barely have real furniture in the office, and they’ll ask for at LEAST 3 interviews for this unserious job. Waste of my time. 0/10 also people really do vape inside.
