I love the furniture & home decor! Love the people that work there and also the character the store has! I just love CF Home! If you haven't been there, just go! You won't be disappointed!

Customer service is appalling. Store credit they didn't want to issue then wasn't actually applied to a "gift card" as they indicated it was. To make it worse, the salesperson suggested in multiple ways that we were lying. We've shopped here from the beginning, including buying large pieces of furniture and shipping them to California. They've lost a family of customers due to their disrespectful manner.

Our point of sale system does not allow returns to be put back on the same gift card from the original purchase.
