We recently had multiple plumbing repairs/installation done on our almost 50 year old home. Jake was absolutely great! He explained and went over everything before he started. He was knowledgeable, efficient, polite and clean-up was great. He went over eveything again at the end to make sure we understood all that was done and how it all worked. We would highly recommend Jake and C&F Plumbing for any plumbing installation or repair job. Cost was very reasonable and lower than some other estimates (although not the lowest).
Mark did an awesome job installing our water softener. While doing the installation, he thought ahead to include the hookup in the drain fixture to accommodate the installation of the new high efficiency boiler that will be installed as soon as the permits are approved by the town. All in all my experience with everyone at C&F Plumbing has been very positive. They are professional, responsive and most of all helpful in maneuvering through the process.
1st Visit: Trevor is an absolute plumbing hero! He spent hours carefully fixing the piping under two of our sinks, and his attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right was beyond impressive. He was professional, patient, and clearly takes pride in his work—which shows in how perfectly everything turned out (see photo for the flawless setup!). Jake and Jim installed my whole Carbon filter, whole house filter, and water softener system with expertise, precision, and reliability. They were so respectful as they kept me posted on everything that was being installed. They guided me on the installation process and after the job was done instructed me on the care of the unit and all its warranty. They were so cordial and polite. Ask for Joe - he’s the best! Joe from C&F Plumbing was outstanding. He came out the very next day, quickly understood our situation, and offered honest solutions that fit our budget and timeline. He patiently explained everything, broke down the quotes, and fixed our main issue right away. Joe made the process stress-free, professional, and genuinely friendly. I’ll be requesting him for all future plumbing work that we need done - highly recommend. FYI, Joe fixed four L pipe valves under our bathroom sinks.
