Jake and Jim installed my whole Carbon filter, whole house filter, and water softener system with expertise, precision, and reliability. They were so respectful as they kept me posted on everything that was being installed. Mark did a great job. He evaluated and gave a fair price and was able to do the work the same day. He installed 2 new toilets. He was nice to my dog even though she wouldn’t stop barking loll. Mark was quick and efficient. He went above and beyond today.
highly recommend this company. independently owned and the nicest techs ever. scott correctly diagnosed the issue just by sight/description even before physically inspecting anything. he also confidently ruled out some of the more high ticket problems that helped ease my anxiety about the potential costs i might incur and reassured me that they offered multiple payment options and financing. they're honest, efficient and super knowledgeable/ professional.
I needed a new water heater and pressure regulator. Scott was my technician, and once again did a fantastic job. His work looks outstanding. Before leaving, Scott talked me through the work clearly, and made sure I understood how everything works as well as the yearly maintenance required. Highly recommend C&F Plumbing!
