Awful place to do buisness with. Had a money order made out to me and tried cashing it told me that it wouldn't be available for 48 hours which is unheard of the reason people make money order is for them to be a available faster than check. When tried to return money order with receipt was told couldn't be done because of fraud reasons. I've never been so insulted in my life being accused of fraud. I was helped by Idalia after closed hours! She was so nice and sweet and friendly. I had walked from encore which was 22 minutes walking from the casino. She saw me with my check in my hand and let me in and helped me. Very grateful, can't thank her enough.
Idalia at this check cashing place is very nice very professional I like the way she treated me like a person I have a bank account I always go to my bank but after my bank switch from a different bank to a new bank it’s been nothing but a nightmare so I was really nice to go back to a check cashing place and have somebody treat you like a real person I truly appreciate this place and will recommend it to anybody. Jackie was soooooo nice and professional. She even gave me advice about my shoulder injury (I’m Currently in a sling) for a great Physical Therapy office. What an awesome person!
This was my first time coming here and the General Manager was very professional and great customer service, I love how they do thorough identification check I’ve never seen this anywhere else I’m new to Boston but and they are very strict. I like having my identity secured. Definitely would refer people here.
