They sell the checks but not cashed. The online site is not helpful. It's frustrating that you buy a money order from them and because you mistakenly filled it wrong you had to pay $18.00 for a refund instead of void it and charge you for a new one.
My wallet was stolen and I needed to cash my check. There is no law that I can’t sign it over to someone else to cash, but their policy says I can’t. I called before going down there and was told to bring in any form of identification. I brought in medical records scanned in copies of my license, Social Security card, birth certificate, including a photo ID from an organization. BEWARE! This place is nothing but a scam. ICE NEEDS TO COME TO THIS LOCATION. NO REASON YOU SHOULD BE ASKING PEOPLE FOR THEIR SOCIAL SECURITY CARD. I don’t know what type of games the employees are trying to play. Especially the young Spanish female working 03/24/2025 at 4:45PM. Went straight to PLS and they took my drivers license and cashed my check. Never provide this location with your Social Security Cards
This place sucks the first time I went in to cash a cashiers check from my father. But couldn't cash it be it was already signed. These people told me that I needed to signed it in there presence. I was pissed off. What does it matter if I do it or not in front of them. ICE should pay them a visit.
I just called @ 9:10pm website says they close at 10pm the woman answered the phone and I said I had a question she started yelling saying “well I set the alarm already so you need to call tomorrow” and I responded I just have a question and you answered the phone so where is the issue she said call tomorrow!!!
