I believe anyone reading a review is entitled to an accurate assessment of a circumstance as it presently exists. I wrote this original review, most regrettably, in the heat of the moment which prompted a call from the owner recently regarding events which occurred years ago. I attempted to transfer money as I had done on previous occasions unaware that it is Western Union (WU) that calls the shots. Errors, malheureusement, were made on both sides. They are very friendly, very professional very attentive to the customers needs great experience
Didn't complete the transaction. I requested a money order that totaled $37.22 and was told by the cashier I was going to be charged $40, and the change was going to be returned in cash. I inquired why not just charge for the amount due and was told they only deduct in round numbers. That was suspect. So I declined services and went to the post office around the corner!
This is the worst location to pay your bills. They messed up my cable bill payment and put the wrong account number on my payment and resulted in my service getting suspended. After being there for hours waiting for them to fix it in their system and do what needed to be done, i still had to wait for my service to be re connected. I will never pay my bills at this location ever again. Poor customer service and some workers just pase back and forth and not do nothing while there's people waiting on line.
