The cashier refused to issue me a title and registration because the seller had put their signature in the wrong place. I paid $25 FOR A SHEET OF PAPER, the affidavit, the seller had to sign stating they put the signature in the wrong place. I had the seller sign it. They then refused the affidavit saying the signatures did not match exactly because the seller did not put the last name. The lady behind the desk was very rude. I went in to get new plates and she turned me away and said I needed to go to the Secretary of State because they expired over a year ago. I then brought my husband in to try to explain to her and again she sent us away. I then went to the currency exchange on 87th and Harlem and they kindly took care of it within minutes.
