The cashier refused to issue me a title and registration because the seller had put their signature in the wrong place. I paid $25 FOR A SHEET OF PAPER, the affidavit, the seller had to sign stating they put the signature in the wrong place. I had the seller sign it. They then refused the affidavit saying the signatures did not match exactly because the seller did not put the last name. The lady behind the desk was very rude. I went in to get new plates and she turned me away and said I needed to go to the Secretary of State because they expired over a year ago. I then brought my husband in to try to explain to her and again she sent us away. I then went to the currency exchange on 87th and Harlem and they kindly took care of it within minutes. Needed singles and fives for my business and they weren't accommodating, I went here due to the convenience of being close but I guess I'll go to a currency exchange that works with me (which they have)

I got licence plates ordered through them, they told me it would take about 2 to 3 weeks to get. It's been 2 months and I still don't have them. Turns out they've had them for over a month and had them filed wrong. I live about an hour from this place, so after calling and them informing me that they had found them they told me they would overnight them to me because of their mistake. I showed up to checks cashed on 146th and Cicero in Midlothian a couple minutes before 9pm, the open sign was still lit and all the lights were on. All I needed was an envelope which would have taken less than a minute and the women would not open the door for me. I sat there until 9pm and she shut off the lights. I have pictures to prove the time and the sign being lit. I don't understand why employees feel that they can dictate when to close early and this is the only checks cashed that is near my house. 10-21-19
