Very unprofessional staff. Last two times came here to send money through westerunion and same person served. First time he couldn't find my online transaction and was processing the transaction without informing me and charged extra money, I could only verify when handed to check and told him to check again with the same phone number, then he found and mentioned that I gave wrong number, not even accepting his mistake. I would like to place a complaint against an extremely rude employee who claimed to be Jose at CFSC Checks Cashed 18th Avenue 7011 18th Ave Brooklyn, NY 11204 US . As I approached and proceeded with my request, which was to send money through Western Union the employee said he could not hear and that he did not have “elephant ears”. I told him if that was his way of providing customer service and he said “yes” .
