Very unprofessional staff. Last two times came here to send money through westerunion and same person served. First time he couldn't find my online transaction and was processing the transaction without informing me and charged extra money, I could only verify when handed to check and told him to check again with the same phone number, then he found and mentioned that I gave wrong number, not even accepting his mistake. I would like to place a complaint against an extremely rude employee who claimed to be Jose at CFSC Checks Cashed 18th Avenue 7011 18th Ave Brooklyn, NY 11204 US . As I approached and proceeded with my request, which was to send money through Western Union the employee said he could not hear and that he did not have “elephant ears”. Not too much of a crowd which is great, but the Spanish male teller wasn’t knowledgeable or helpful at all… Im sure he may be the cause of your business losing money. He needs retraining

I see the other comments n all I can say is I never had a bad experience there that was CFSCs fault, I've been using them since they were a different name and the staff has always gone above & beyond to help me. The only criticism I have is that they are a little slow (thus the 4 stars), when it gets busy, that causes big lines. I haven't been there recently but I can say, for years, I'VE had excellent service. Christina was the best, fastest n most knowledgeable.

The worth place, they do not know what they doing, I came with western Union money order, they refused to cash it. They even did not let me to speak with supervisor.
