Terrible customer service. Rude staff, 1 in particular, but I won’t pinpoint since I’m sure others that use this place know who I speak of. Place is dirty and smells. Corporate office needs to send someone undercover to see for themselves, the lack of support their staff offers.
Terrible place terrible customer service. It stinks in there. The store looks just as old as when they opened up. They never have any of the services that you need there. I can never get what I want. The first time I shop there this all around terrible place to go in such an inconvenience to have to be there. The system is completely outdated and everything in there is broken. Don’t even waste your time.
I observed staff being pleasant to me and my friends and my roommate, I think they need to do something about the homeless people coming in and begging for money 🤑💰 while us customers that work hard for their money. They open the door for everyone and asks for money. Needs NYPD security.
It's ridiculous only 1 cashier. Its always like this .On checks week they should have 2 cashier open. The line is to loooonngggg.
The line is unbearable. The ladies there spend more time talking and giggling than working. You don't stop working to laugh ur ass off when the line is so long. My daughter trys to go to put money on my card but they don't allow it and other CFSC's do. I don't understand the uter dysfunction.
