I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at your check cashing location on 7/20/24. Upon my initial visit, I arrived to find no staff present. After a wait, a gentleman informed me that the system was down and advised me to return later. Despite this inconvenience, I returned as instructed at 9 am.
