I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at your check cashing location on 7/20/24. Upon my initial visit, I arrived to find no staff present. After a wait, a gentleman informed me that the system was down and advised me to return later. Despite this inconvenience, I returned as instructed at 9 am. I have always had a good experience with them. Employees are always kind & courteous.
Today I had the misfortune of working with Edmond. I have been going here for months with no issue. The other tellers have been helpful and do their jobs well. Edmond however, was incredibly rude today. I wanted to deposit funds to my debit card. Issue 1, they would not allow me to deposit the full amount to my acct even though I had done so last month. You have to wait on line at this location forever. There’s 4 windows there and always 1 teller! Very frustrating!!
