I’ve been going to this location for over a year now and for the first time this week I went in and did not have a hard time. The lady that took care of me was very nice and took the time to answer all my questions. She was very professional. She was very efficient and managed the line on a timely manner. I also saw that the store was cleaner. When asked she didn’t told me she was the new manager of that location. I went 2 days ago to send money through western union, the lady who was helping me had an attitude omg she spoke very low I can’t barely heard her and every time I ask her someone she rolled her eyes back. Guys if you don’t like working in costumer service just find another dam job, is very frustrating go to a place like that pay for a service and get attitude all the time. Same situation in the store at KingsHWY Just HORRIBLE!
You never have but 1 person working! I've been coming her 13yrs and there is always 1 person working the majority of customers dont speak english and ate sending western Union and dont know how to fill the paperwork out so the one person there spends close to a half an hour ir more trying to show what to do there are 4 windows and 3 are always closed the line extends out into the street HIRE SOME PEOPLE!!!
