Truly terrible customer service. What’s with the constant condescending attitude and unfriendly tone? The girl at the window tending to customers needs to get off her phone and stop facetiming while doing transactions. It’s so distracting, disruptive and inefficient. And not fair to us customers. Honey, you were hired to do your job, not to be on your phone. As if it weren’t enough with your punishing sarcasm already. 🙄. Do a better job or simply quit if you’re too fed up and grumpy.
Wonderful service by wonderful people. I love the location. Sending Western Union, Money Orders, Changing Checks or simply grabbing a Metrocard.

I am federal worker who came to cash a federal govt check and was treated very poorly. Clerk who was at the window did not have a name tag for one when she’s working for the public and two did not want to provide her name stating that isn’t the company’s protocol to provide their name. The employee at this location clearly doesn’t know her job and shouldn’t be in customer service or need to be better trained on how to work with the public.
