The supervisor at this location has absolutely no knowledge of anything, poor customer service, she called me a female dog, spoke over me, gossiped about my issue with customers and employees, and told her employees not to talk to me while I was there. I also observed they take tips from customers. She refused to give me her name. This supervisor is not suitable for this position I urge the company to look into this
Next time a customer is rude to you, anywhere, take a picture of them so these business owners know the demons they got working there. This was my 2nd time picking up more than $3k from this location, the first time they gave me the money and customer service was excellent, the second time which was today a couple of minutes ago. The teller who assisted me was awful, and hideous at that. You can't be both rude and hard to look at, pick one. Staff was delivered excellent customer service. Updated my profile and was very pleasant.
They are the most amazing financial services place I have had the pleasure to visit. The workers are nice, respectful and informative
