I’ve been going to this check cashing place since I was 18. I moved from the journal Square area close to this location on Bergen and they’re just as nice great efficient communication is always on point no matter what time of the day you come always very nice and polite
Do not go to this location at all very unprofessional. I went to cash a check with the woman in glasses and curly hair and she refused to even attempt to cash it because i signed the back of MY OWN WORK CHECK. She gave me 2 different reasons why she wouldn’t which were both lies and she assumed I cashed it before entering with no indication of such. My experience here was absolutely HORRIFYING. The representatives at the front desk do not speak english, they continue to lie, and have wasted 2 hours of my time not telling me the truth. The manager is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING he did not enforce good customer service skills. Instead of getting a translator for the language barrier and apologizing he continued to insult me.
