Your employees and managers of very good at what they do when it's crowded on the 1st or whenever it goes quickly everybody's respect for they feel your needs to the best of their ability and if they can't do it they'll tell you why they can't cash a check or whatever the situation thank you so much for everything.

I was at the bank today. And the teller refused to exchange my $20 bill. I called after the incident, someone told me that you guys exchange broken bills but she didn't do it for me. She was also disrespectful slapping the table and telling me to get out. Also, customer service is literally them.
