I recently inquired about the process for exchanging USD to INR, and I was surprised by the response I received. Instead of providing information directly, I was told I would need to drive to the location for assistance. This seems unnecessary, as customer service should ideally be able to address questions over the phone . Tells you how incompetent this place is!
