Great service. It was fast and the person who help me was very friendly polite. It was my first time will be going back again. I use the one on flatbush ave and services is horrible.
Im very hurt right now, and feel like I’ve been robbed. I was told the coin counting machine was working, it even said ready to go on the machine and the lady said it was ready too. I put the coins in and click start, to then be told the machine is broken. At this point $50 worth of coins is now stuck in the machine, with no way of getting it back. The lady so rude. I was trying to cash my check but she asked for my passport but i give her my Id.
The person who assisted me in returning a money order was beyond helpful
I don’t normally do this but they are very unprofessional the lady mad me wait for 15 minutes to call my work company to make sure the check is main like that doesn’t make no sense it literally had my name on it and I had my id with me as well. And she was being very disrespectful with it as well. When she didn’t get no answers she refused to cash my check. So I had to go somewhere else to cash my checks after waiting for 30 minutes.
