Im very hurt right now, and feel like I’ve been robbed. I was told the coin counting machine was working, it even said ready to go on the machine and the lady said it was ready too. I put the coins in and click start, to then be told the machine is broken. At this point $50 worth of coins is now stuck in the machine, with no way of getting it back. I don’t normally do this but they are very unprofessional the lady mad me wait for 15 minutes to call my work company to make sure the check is main like that doesn’t make no sense it literally had my name on it and I had my id with me as well. And she was being very disrespectful with it as well. When she didn’t get no answers she refused to cash my check. So I had to go somewhere else to cash my checks after waiting for 30 minutes.
My sister has severe autism and the guy behind the counter wouldn’t cash her check cause it was over a month but it’s her social security check. He was rude and very unprofessional
If I can give this place 0 stars I would sad to say I don’t have a choice but to come here as there is nothing else in the area. I won’t be surprised if this place shuts down. It’s super slow expect to wait 20-30 mins here. At least get more workers because one person is not cutting it… worst place I’ve ever been. Been coming here for years and there is never an improvement. There’s always one worker there almost everyday it’s sad she needs HELP
This place sucks big time, be careful. !! meet with one employee that had a attitude problem when asking a simple question at the window, it felt like I wasn't a customer in there more like an intruder. My wife said they're all like that, This place best get other employees cause sooner or later it's gonna effect their business, but hey what do I care now, im taking my business else where.
