These ladies who work here have to be the most rude and disrespectful customer service agent I have ever dealt with. They curse, play on their phone while you wait, speak with you in a very rude manner. Am not sure who hire these 3 ladies but they need to be retrained about how to do their jobs
I recently had an altercation with a teller (Dark-skinned, black woman with glasses; I think her name is Kisha) who refused to service me. I’ve been to the 735 Flatbush Ave. (in Brooklyn, NY) location plenty of times without any issues. The lady behind the plexiglass tells me my card doesn’t feel real to her, so she refuses to service me. This is worst check cashing place on Flatbush!!! Please avoid this place at all costs. This one receptionist with short hair and glasses proceeded to scream at the top of her lungs and threaten to kick everyone out of the store. She was very rude and unprofessional! She screamed at the customer and said she been there all day and she is done and proceeded to close her window!!!! This just happened!!! They are an embarrassment to black ppl.
The young boy Michael who worked Saturday evening is the fastest and most professional teller I have seen at this location in years. He was new to the store it seemed but handled the line within minutes.
The cashiers are always mad also they looked the door 15 minutes before 7:30… disgusting service.
