I went there to buy ez pass on the go (place was listed on ez pass website). The lady there said i cant pay with debit or credit, cash only. Then she asked for my drivers license, phone number and occupation(!). She said all that is required to purchase ez pass on the go. Then she said she needed to take my picture. That was too much for me so i left. I purchased ez pass at nearby speedway station using credit, without any of that nonsence.
Myself along with a group of about 8 people stood outside waiting to be let in. It was 9:30, we had waited outside for 30 mins, the door was open but she did not come out to make it aware that they were open. Very wild I think to see a group of folks standing at the front of your store clearly waiting to be allowed in and you just sit there. I had to call the store from outside to verify that they were in fact open. Disappointing considering this is the only check cashing place currently in Mount Vernon.
The ladies at the front desk was pleasant and i was seen within 15 minutes by the doctor!
Very professional and friendly place you could ask them anything and they will answer you happily there’s no looks or rolling up the eyes you tell with their amazing smiles, thanks to all who worked there many blessings to each one happy holidays to all🥳
It’s just a horrible experience, I’ve been standing up outside of this particular location for the last 40 minutes, it’s advertised on the door that opens at 8:15 a.m., no one is coming to the door. No one is giving any energy like this is an actual business looking to service customers. I’m disgusted. I have seen at least seven people come here and either walk away upset or verbally express their disregard. Sorry, this Mount Vernon location is horrible for business, the community, and morale.
