On Wednesday, July 23, 2026 @ approximately 2p/3p I went to this establishment to cash a check.. There is identical twin sisters who work here. The one who serviced me worked at Window #1. This Teller looked over my check THOROUGHLY then told me to sign it. I did! She then proceeded to stamping the back of it (under my signature) with their company STAMP. Myself along with a group of about 8 people stood outside waiting to be let in. It was 9:30, we had waited outside for 30 mins, the door was open but she did not come out to make it aware that they were open. Very wild I think to see a group of folks standing at the front of your store clearly waiting to be allowed in and you just sit there. I had to call the store from outside to verify that they were in fact open. Disappointing considering this is the only check cashing place currently in Mount Vernon.

I went there to buy ez pass on the go (place was listed on ez pass website). The lady there said i cant pay with debit or credit, cash only. Then she asked for my drivers license, phone number and occupation(!). She said all that is required to purchase ez pass on the go. Then she said she needed to take my picture. That was too much for me so i left. I purchased ez pass at nearby speedway station using credit, without any of that nonsence.

The ladies at the front desk was pleasant and i was seen within 15 minutes by the doctor!
