I must say that my experience at Check cashing place CSFC located at 302 Lenox Avenue was a very pleasant experience. I purchased a $200.money order plus additional fees because of extenuating circumstances I had to bring the money order back to the location.. With swift, profound professional assistance, they cashed my money order without giving me a problem and I deeply appreciate that they did.

Im a business owner in NYC. I cash checks at a few checking locations when working in the city for Thousands. Today a went to cash a money order signed over to me for a simple $100 to help someone. They treated me like we were stealing $100. This is not how you treat anyone. The young man was handling it well and doing it until the young lady there stopped him. Gotta do better. The attendant was very rude and didn't even know that I could get a prepaid card from your company. I had to grt in line again to get another attendant which was very polite and knowledgeable about the company and it's benefits of getting the card.

Their customer service it’s absolutely terrible 😣 she closed the register at 11:25 and re opened it at 12:08 am 4/10/2026 She’s was very much rude watch me stand on the line for 10 minutes prior to her closing and telling Me to come back 25 minutes later.. just like that no regard of people time .

Service was great but the place looked like a dump and smelled bad! The workers looked scared in the environment they work in!
