After 5 days of looking for a way to get cash sent to me because Payomatic closed. I went to 4 different Duane Reade and got b.s..came here and I was in and out in 10 minutes. Good place. Good people. 👍
Very poor customer service at this location. The girl behind the window seemed to be having trouble counting the money from the check I cashed, and when I said “ I hope you don’t mind, I’m going to stand here real quick to count it” she got offended and started laughing obnoxiously. That was so rude. And the supervisor was standing right there and didn’t even care. No accountability in that place.
The workers there don’t move ANY faster when there’s a LINE practically out the door! They’ll be LAUGHING and having a GRAND OL’ TIME while people are standing and waiting for the LONGEST!! They don’t even LOOK UP to see how many people are waiting! They’re SO disrespectful to the people in that area, but I’ll bet if they were DOWNTOWN, they’d be smiling all UP in those white folks faces!!!
The Manager at 302 Lenox Ave was very helpful to me and very professional.i don't quite remember her name but I want to say it was jesel I know she's the manager there and that's area where it's hard to be nice but she was kind to another customer as well I had notice!!!
Cya was very professional nice and took her time made sure my first experience here was great and ont to remember by her charming personality and polite spirit.
