Please be aware of the additional fees they charge. I was about to buy an OMNY card with a debit card. The guy at the window told me to “press the green 4x.” I’m not someone to plainly do what someone tells me without checking what I’m “signing” for. When I clicked once, I realized I was being charged $3 extra. When I asked why the $3 he said they charge a convenience fee. Walked right out. BE MORE TRANSPARENT WITH YOUR PRICING.
Wanted to exchange pounds and euro, thought get better rate than the airport.. not much better... US$7.50 fee and the worst.. TRYED TO RIP ME US$110... DON'T EXCHANGE MONEY FROM THESE ROUGES....
I have been coming here for years to pay my bills and the services is great. I am especially fond of Norma. I think she's the manager at this site. She is real pleasant and respectable.
If it wasn't for the guy that works here I wouldn't even come here. He is so respectful and nice all the time.
