Refusal to cash a check from my employer due to the check having the shortened version of my first name on it. My legal name is Matthew. As soon as they told me they were refusing it, I left, and went to the CFSC located on Charles, and they cashed it with no issue. I opted for this location originally due to convenience, however after this I'll use the other location. This was such a non-issue, and it caused a delay for me over what really felt like a power-trip over nothing.
Very rude in there I asked them why they don't cash a certain money order and the lady was just rude could of just answered the question if you know the answer. They need to be trained seriously she just was counting money and saying no saying no and counting money.
They are pretty decent and cheap to cash checks. They opened the store with over 8 bags of trash in front of the door, this was on a Sunday! I would say they needed a extra 10 minutes before opening the doors due to the fact they were still wiping down windows and taking out trash. Overall experience was alright!
They gave my son an expired sticker after he paid 170 for a renewal if I could give them zero starts I would
