I have been going to this currency exchange for about 8 years now and I have NEVER had bad service! The ladies and gentlemen are always helpful and polite and always with smiles. Sometimes we need to check our actions and how we're responding to people before we go and pass judgement!
My experience here was so smooth and pleasant! Carolina was very helpful and kind! Highly recommend this location and her!!
What’s the point of listing your open hours if you’re going to keep the doors locked? Showed up during posted business hours, only to find the place completely closed. No sign, no explanation—just locked doors and wasted time. Unprofessional and frustrating. Either update your hours or actually be open when you say you are.
They are pretty decent and cheap to cash checks. They opened the store with over 8 bags of trash in front of the door, this was on a Sunday! I would say they needed a extra 10 minutes before opening the doors due to the fact they were still wiping down windows and taking out trash. Overall experience was alright!
If I could give less then a star I would. Long story short.... I had a check in my name for my son as a minor due to a car accident. We was tourist over here came from England. I was redused very so rudely and accused that my check is false evan if my laywer was on the phone to confirm that the check is legit. The worse experience ever. I cashed the check free to the bank but I had the worse experience ever.
