Today was the only day in ten years that this location couldn’t cash a check for me. For whatever reason their machine couldn’t read the check I was cashing. But with proper identification I’ve always had my checks cashed and they have notary onsite which is great. Used them as I petitioned for different candidates and Bruce Rauners Term limits campaign years ago. Very efficient location and nice staff

They are scum of the Earth who, apparently, sue random people just to waste their time. I had never even had any dealings with this shady currency exchange place, and yet I was sued by them. Why? Because someone stole my checkbook, slapped a random (probably made-up) signature on the blank checks, and cashed them. Instead of going after whoever cashed my stolen blank checks, they went after me -- the victim of a checkbook theft. I’ve moved to Niles about a year ago & also work in the area I received a check from my job and of course I went to the location nearest to me. My job is in northbrook that’s were the Check was from not out dated nor out of the area the nice lady at the front isn’t the problem because she doesn’t really speak English it’s the manager because here I am bringing in my check from my job which is not far from the place and she sends him a picture of my ID along with the check and she says she cannot cash it now Im not too worked... read more

I have always had nothing but a perfect experience here. Every single one of the employees are very kind and customer service conscious. And you can't beat 75 cent money orders. I have been a regular customer there for a few years now AMG i can honestly say each and every one of the customer service reps are great. They go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. They have never made a mistake. The only currency exchange I'll go to!

I called ahead to ask some questions. They were very patient and answered all my questions. When I arrived, everything was clean and orderly. There was no wait, and the employee greeted me with a smile and friendly instructions. Everything was great. They made what I thought would be a complicated process very easy!
