The staff at this curreny exchange is very rude and unprofessional, light skin heavy set lady ask me so you purchase a vehicle without a window sticker, tell me how is that her job, or a concern of her's, she don't know my story. I'm grateful that GOD has changed me!
I had visited this location today for a city window sticker, and let me tell you, the heavy seat woman with the double chin was beyond rude and very unprofessional. If I could give this place a zero I would because of her. However, the other two older woman were nice and polite. The big one got mad because I thought she was saying I needed a plate sticker. This company needs to teacher her how to have customers service assistance, because this ain’t the job for her honestly.
Very unprofessional, often having crude personal conversations while waiting on customers. I have been in line waiting for them to finish a conversation before they call a customer to the window, there is new staff but they have the same attitude. Last year in January, so I went to get legal papers notarized for a settlement my deceased father is in and the teller was quite rude. I simply don't understand why do these companies hire RUDE people to do a job of professionalism? Bad customer service across the board!!! Rude and angry women (except one of them) for no reason at all. I watch the customers be polite including myself just to get ghetto back.
The customer service here is not bad at all. They're polite enough to take your important work. Now I'm not imposing my wheel on this currency exchange when I arrive although I would like it if they take my important work into consideration.
