A great place! On Saturday, April 26, 2025, I stopped in to get some Canadian money for a trip. They didn't have the money readily available, but they said it would take about five days. Everything went smoothly, and I was able to get my money today (Saturday, May 3, 2025). It was ready yesterday, so it took exactly five of their open days. On point. Also, the lady I talked to was professional and kind. Thank you for a great experience! I'll definitely come here again in the future.
I went to register my car, was helped immediately, and walked out with registration and plates less than 15 minutes later. The teller was extremely competent and efficient, I wish I had gotten her name!
Maricela was an absolute lifesaver! I was helping a gentleman move out of his home and ran into an issue with his expired car stickers. Maricela stepped in and took care of everything—renewed his stickers and plate quickly and with such kindness. Her professionalism and willingness to help went above and beyond. Thank you, Maricela!
Went in there today to get new license plates. The lady behind the window was very rude and told me they cannot process it without the title in hand. I tried to explain to her you dont need it to process my plates. She was super rude. I walked out. I went to another currency exchange on Algonquin and they did it right away no problem. Definitely not recommended. Clearly don’t know what there doing and super rude! Pick another location.
I called in advance to see if they had notary services and was told yes. I drove 20 minutes all the way over there, and was told ", the lady is gone for the day." I said you just told me you had the service. Then, I was told, "you just asked if we offer it and how much it cost, not if you could get it today." Like really, who calls in advance to find out if you offer a notary service for far in the future at a currency exchange???
