Called in the morning and spoke to the sweetest man ever. He said the notary would be there until 7PM. I called again at 5 to double-check, and a lady with an attitude told me 6PM instead. We pulled up at 5:50PM and stood in line for 10 minutes. When we finally got to the front, the younger guy looked over at the bigger lady in the “Pray Pray Pray” shirt and said she was closed. Update: The only misunderstanding that happened is your business is incompetent. No one ever takes responsibility for when something happens anymore. Customer service is not what it used to be. HORRIBLE!! If i could give NO STARS I would! They will charge you duplicate and then wont take any responsibility. I had to dispute with the bank after telling them that I was already charged twice. The young kid with a stank attitude was trying to charge me double. If you want to avoid a headache.... Don't do business here
Shorted me $20 dollars on a check for $913.56 which had a fee of $21.29 cashed today 10/20/2024 at 10:17:21am. With the fee I knew the check would be $892.27 and was cool with it but I didn't know the lady would keep a $20 for herself bringing my total cash received to $872.27. Any which way you slice it, the lady is either incompetent to do the job or stealing from people. Should you choose to do business at this location be aware of the theft/incompetence of its staff. Despicable...
Everyone in the Blue Island office is always cheerful and professional. Service is quick even on days when the office is crowded.
