charged me $530 for a title transfer and new plates on a car that was gifted. $150+ of it was just fees. go to the dmv and save money. the workers were very nice but such a ripoff
If you were a first time customer would you like to be treated with racism? Well that’s exactly how I was treated, I went in there to change my check and the lady was doubting it so hard, she called my employer, asked me for my supervisors name, she asked me if I was still living in the same house even though my id and paychecks are currents! And Great while doing this review I stopped by at the Woodstock location and same thing WHY ARE YOU RACISTTT
People are so quick to complain. I go here once every two weeks to cash my work check. They are fast, friendly, and waive the fee for me once in a while :) They are not valley-girl fake friendly. They're mellow people who have a not so exciting job. Just because they don't turn their voices two octaves higher than their real voice Or seem extremely excited doesn't mean they are rude. Very rude staff. First time I went there nobody there could notarize the form. They had not been registered as notaries as they should be!!! I was referred to go to State Farm Agent down the street instead by a young man working that day. I went back again a few days later and but the date on my form can not be changed and corrected with my initials to today's date. Ok, I understand that.
