Dr. Chad Burkowski listened to all my health issues and picked tests and medications to help me! He makes you feel at ease addresses every issue. He is Truly a Great Doctor and a Perfect Professional !!!
He kept me in his office after hrs until 6 pm at night knowing I had family waiting and pets to care for and his staff has given me run around twice when I had appointments 2 months in advance and then told me I wasn't a patient there or told me my appointment isn't until next month even know I had their card saying different.
