I had a client just contact me and say Chad was able explain and guide him through the entire loan process in 1 phone call. He’s a first time homebuyer who got a high and confusing rate from a lender he called prior to Chad. If it were not for Chad, my client wouldn’t be able to get the home they’re getting now! Highly recommend!
