Best ever, we had a cabin in an Association, with The Right of First Refusal, everyone was going on vacation, including our Attorney, but Chad stayed on top of everything and got the sale through.

We used Chad to sell our home in a market that was very difficult to sell in and overrun with homes in our price range. Chad told us he would get it sold quickly and he did so in an amazing short amount of time - 2 months. I have worked with many agents in the past but Chad is in a league all his own. Both my wife and I would highly recommend using him to represent you in either buying or selling a house. You will be glad you did.

Chad is very knowledgeable about the Brainerd Lakes area and market. He is very dedicated to helping his clients sell and buy homes. He is quick to reply to every email and phone call. In fact, he negotiated the sale of our home while on vacation with his family, putting just as much time and effort into the process as he would have while working from his office.
