I wasn't from the area in which I had a home to sell. I interviewed three real estate agents before going with Chad and his Exit Realty team. His knowledge of the area and the information he provided to me prior to agreeing to list with him made my decision an easy one. The property sold within the range that he told me it would. Throughout the selling period as well as the closing process, Chad or his team kept me informed promptly and efficiently. The overall experience from start to finish was excellent. I would use Chad in the future and would highly recommend him and his firm to anyone selling their property.

Chad was excellent in all parts of transaction. He responded to all e-mails and phone calls within 30 minutes, and in most cases within minutes, literally. Chad also has a "team" that follows all phases of the sale. Chad was honest about pricing at right amount, neither to high or to low. In our case, we had out of the ordinary issues, which Chad personally involved himself, above and beyond his role as a realtor.

Chad Schwendeman was the person to go to when we wanted to sell our house and had our sights on a new house which we now call home. From the start Chad was honest, fair, and truly a go-getter. He asked us what we needed and listened intently to tell us how we needed to get there with him leading every step of the way. Chad always returned our phones calls and emails no matter what the time of day. Lance Nelson was extremely knowledgeable and helpful during our home buying experience. He stayed within our bugdet, was very flexible to accommodate my busy schedule, listened to our needs/concerns and showed us homes that fit those needs/concerns. I would recommend Lance Nelson to anyone looking to buy a home especially first time home buyers such as ourselves. Also, Tessa, Exit Lakes Reality's closing coordinator was very helpful during the closing process and she would always go the extra mile to get us the information we requested or to just make the process go smoother.
